This application will test the device for root (superuser) access using a very simple, fast and reliable method which has been successful for more than 50 million Android devices. SU Binary is the most common binary used to access and manage root (superuser) access on Android devices. The root checker will check and verify that su is located at a common standard location on the binary device. In addition, the root checker will verify that su is working correctly to provide access to the binary root (superuser).
Sometimes users have problems installing, configuring, and accessing the root or uninstalling and removing the root access. For some users, the process may seem complicated, while for others, it may seem simple. Regardless of the user's set of technical skills, the root checker will quickly and accurately verify that root access is 100% working. The process of verifying root access is sometimes known by other terms, such as access to a superuser or access to an administrator. Root Checker covers all of these terms because they relate to a basic function, which is capable of performing commands via su binary with root access.
If superuser management applications (SuperSU, Superuser, etc.) are installed and functioning properly, these applications will prompt the user to accept or reject the request for root access from the root checker. Accepting the request will allow the route checker to verify and verify access to the route. Route Checker will not report access to the route as a result of rejecting the request.
